Pricing and Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery and Visa or Mastercard payments securely processed through Paymob. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
We currently ship to all locations within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before shipment whenever possible. If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return Policy. Where an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping charges unless the return results from our error.
