Nationwide Delivery
Wideleg Egypt delivers to all governorates across Egypt. Orders are prepared within one working day before being handed to our shipping partner, J&T Express.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is between two and three working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and operational conditions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination governorate and will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
Official Holidays
Friday and official public holidays are not considered working days for order processing or courier operations.

Receiving Your Order
Customers are entitled to inspect their order upon delivery before accepting it, in accordance with our inspection policy.
Delivery Address Changes
The delivery address may be updated after placing an order provided the shipment has not reached the final shipping stage. Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
Delivery Attempts
If you wish to postpone delivery, please contact Wideleg Egypt so we can coordinate with the shipping company whenever possible. Customers should not contact the courier directly except during the delivery and inspection process.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient cannot be reached, the delivery address is incorrect, or the order remains unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to Wideleg Egypt. Our Customer Support team may contact you to arrange a new delivery where applicable.
Rejected Orders
If an order is refused without a valid reason after it has been shipped, Wideleg Egypt reserves the right to recover the shipping costs incurred before accepting future orders from the same customer. This policy helps reduce unnecessary shipping losses while ensuring fair service for all customers.
